**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and project documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies and logistics.
**Project Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and tracking project schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate across departments and with clients to facilitate smooth project flow.
- Maintain and update project reports, logs, and databases.
**Vendor & Supplier Coordination, Estimation**:
- Source and communicate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Request quotations, compare prices, and assist in negotiation and final selection.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve supply chain or quality issues promptly.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and services based on project requirements.
- Assist in preparing LPOs and coordinating with the finance team for invoicing and payments.
**Financial & Procurement Support**:
- Track project expenses and help monitor budget adherence.
- Liaise with the finance team for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Experience in CCTV Surveillance, Home automation and Networking company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and cost estimation methods.
