Masterminds, Dubai’s leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Swimming Teacher. Swimming is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in swimming lessons 2 - 3 times per week. Experience working with young children below 6 years is important for this role.

Our parents refer to us as the “_Harvard of Preschools_.” Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Spoken and Written Fluency in English
- At least 3 years' experience in teaching Swimming
- Experience working with young children below 6 years of age
- Flexibility to customize the swimming program for students 1 - 6 years
- Open mindedness to learn new methodologies and activities as part of the Masterminds Physical Development Program
- Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
- Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
- Highly organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Flexibility and creative thinking

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Developing and planning a structured swimming program with clear progression milestones between 1 - 6 years
- Conducting small group and individual swimming lessons
- Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to all Centre matters at all times.

**Compensation Structure**:

- Competitive (tax-free) salary (based on quality and quantity of experience)

- End of service benefits: 21 days’ pay for each completed year of service
- 2.5 months paid vacation across the year
