Swim Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of swimmers by maintaining constant supervision during lessons.
- Enforce pool safety rules and practices.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents.
- Assess swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
- Record individual progress, attendance, and achievements.
- Create and follow structured lesson plans that align with swimmer goals.
- Maintain open communication with swimmers and their families (if applicable) regarding progress and lesson structure.
- Address concerns or questions related to swimming techniques, safety, or lesson plans.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues with the pool to the appropriate staff or management.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly used and stored.
- Stay current with swimming techniques, teaching methods, and certifications.
- Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance teaching skills and water safety knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Swim instructor certification (ASCA Level 1-5 Certificate or Swim England 1 and 2)
- Experience working with children, adults, or individuals with special needs
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage swimmers of all levels.
- Patience and understanding when teaching and addressing diverse learning styles.
- Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate techniques.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and work in a pool environment.
- Flexible hours based on class schedules. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
