**Full job description**
Purchase Executive is a mid level role wherein the employee will be involved in communication with multiple in-house departments and coordinating with multiple suppliers to find the right fit product within budget, timeframe, vendor and other specified constraints.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing & Supplier Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards.
- **Purchase Orders**: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store keeper to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Manage the timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules.
- **Cost Management**: Track and manage procurement costs to stay within budget and contribute to the company's profitability.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and provide regular reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
