- Create compelling job postings and distribute them across diverse platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Perform comprehensive background and reference checks on prospective hires.
- Develop engaging job descriptions, postings, and innovative interview questions.
- Lead the recruitment process from initiation to completion.
- Provide valuable recommendations for well-informed hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and strategies to remain ahead of the curve.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations.

**HR Duties**:

- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Facilitate HR-related processes, including benefits administration and employee relations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience Matters**: Possess a minimum of 1 year of recruitment and HR experience.
- **Communication Skills**: Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Self-Starter**: Thrive in independent roles and take the initiative to drive results.
- **Legal Know-How**: Well-versed in employment laws and regulations.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in languages other than English is a definite advantage.
- **Multi-Tasking**: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
