**Intellectual Property Paralegal - Dubai**

**Location**: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
**Practice Area**: Intellectual Property
**Experience**: 2-3 years PQE

Our firm is seeking a **skilled and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal** to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational abilities and proven IP experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct clearance searches and prepare reports on availability and registrability.
- Maintain and update IP portfolios, databases, and case management systems.
- Assist lawyers with enforcement actions, oppositions, and disputes.
- Draft correspondence and liaise with government authorities.
- Support in preparing legal documents, contracts, and filings related to IP matters.
- Review of legal documents as required.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years’ experience** in intellectual property law (preferably with a law firm in the UAE or GCC).
- **Proficiency in English** (written and spoken) is ideal.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using data management and Legal tools
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
