**Contact Center Manager - Beyou Clinic | Dubai, UAE**

Beyou Clinic is seeking an experienced **Contact Center Manager** to lead our customer service team. If you have a strong background in managing call center operations and delivering exceptional patient experiences, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring efficiency and high service quality
- Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor call metrics, customer interactions, and service levels to drive continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of patient inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve the patient journey

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Contact Center Manager**, preferably in a medical, aesthetics, or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of CRM systems, call center technologies, and performance analytics
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for improved customer experience

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
