Contact Center Agent

We are seeking a motivated and independent **Call Center Agent**.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support to team members to maintain high customer service standards.
- Ensure all calls that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English language.
- A **bachelor's degree** or higher is required.
- Minimum **3 years of Experience as a call center/ customer service** or similar position in **UAE**.
- Strong people management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
**Experience**:
- UAE Call center: 3 years (preferred)
