As Service Associate - Commis I (Cold Kitchen), we rely on you to:

- Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards
- Reflect the Shangri-La philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
- Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel We are looking for someone who:

- Has certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred
- Is experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel in the same role
- Is enthusiastic and passionate to work in Garde Manger / cold kitchen
- Creative and attentive to details
- Good communication skills in English
