You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and providing timely and effective support to clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.

As a member of the Mayfair Property Group team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of real estate professionals committed to driving results for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends in the UAE market.
- Identify clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.
- Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
