We provide continuous training to agents with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property. Responsibilities Prospecting for potential new clients Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client’s criteria Network and expand contacts base Regular contact with clients ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities. Keep up to date with the market, including new developments and regulation changes Act as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller Client Management Updating CRM database Requirements Knowledge of Dubai’s property market Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills Strong work ethic Own Visa, Laptop and Phone Salary and Benefits Commission based role with progressive commission slab High marketing budget and guaranteed new daily leads for off-plan projects Marketing portals including Property Finder and Bayut / Dubizzle Exposure to Dubai’s leading developers with regular briefings and sales center visits Working hours flexible as required by client activity #J-18808-Ljbffr
