Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand event themes, goals, and requirements. Translate concepts into innovative 3D design solutions.

Create detailed and accurate 3D models of event spaces, stages, booths, installations, and other elements.

Render 3D models to produce high-quality visual representations of event setups, incorporating lighting, textures, and materials to accurately convey the final design.

Design spatial layouts that optimize flow, engagement, and visibility for attendees, considering factors like seating arrangements and focal points.

Work closely with technical teams, event planners, and clients to ensure that the 3D design aligns with technical requirements and event objectives.

Create virtual tours and walkthroughs that allow clients and stakeholders to experience the event setup before the actual event takes place.

Coordinate with audio-visual and technical teams to incorporate elements such as lighting, sound, and projections into the 3D design.
