We are looking for a 3D visualizer generally to perform and have the below, main focus is for individuals to have experience with photorealistic architectural renders.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

- Create 3D models of architectural projects from blueprints, sketches, and other reference materials.
- Set up and render high-quality images and animations using Corona.
- Create 3D walkthroughs and animations to showcase the design intent and functionality of the projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure the visuals align with the project vision.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization software.
- Meet deadlines and adhere to project budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Working Experience with 3D Max, Unreal, Unity 3D,
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other 3D visualization software a plus (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
