We GAGA Medical & Aesthetic Centre, a well reputed Medical & Beauty Clinic located on Jumeirah Beach Road Dubai, is looking for a Female Receptionist. The role is responsible for the coordination of the reception desk, Patient services and facilities requests for the Customers.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Clinic.
- She must have experience in handling all social media platforms & can write excellent content for Clinic advertisement.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all appointments are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Meet and greet all visitors & Patients in a polite and well-spoken manner.
- Provide administrative support as advised.
- She must be very fluent in English. (Arabic will be considered as plus point)

To be successful in this position you will have experience in a similar reception position, with strong communication skills. You will have a calm persona and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
