**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Cost Controller** to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Monitoring & Control**: Oversee daily food and beverage costs, monitor pricing trends, and maintain control over food and beverage expenditure.
- **Inventory Management**: Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure proper rotation of goods.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, variance analysis, and performance reports for the F&B department.
- **Data Entry & System Management**: Ensure all data is accurately entered into the Tevalis system (or similar) to support efficient inventory tracking and cost management.
- **Operational Support**: Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
- **Supplier Management**: Assist in supplier negotiations, monitor supplier invoices, and ensure cost-effectiveness of purchases.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Support the finance team with budget preparation, cost forecasting, and ensure adherence to budget targets.
- **Compliance & Audits**: Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in audits related to cost control.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial management within the F&B sector.
- **System Expertise**: Proficiency in **Tevalis** or other similar F&B management systems (e.g., Micros, Simphony, or similar software).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze cost data, perform variance analysis, and make cost-effective recommendations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data entry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with various departments.
- **Knowledge of F&B Operations**: Understanding of F&B operational processes and cost dynamics in a hospitality setting.
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
