Cost Controller

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, analyze, and control daily production costs and operating expenses
- Maintain accurate cost records for raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads
- Prepare cost variance reports, highlighting areas for cost optimization
- Analyze product costing for new and existing SKUs and provide recommendations for pricing
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost data and insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and warehouse teams for cost verification
- Evaluate supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for cost accuracy
- Assist in inventory audits and ensure correct valuation of stock
**Desired Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of cost control experience in **manufacturing or F&B industry** in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory control, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
