As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Your extensive industry knowledge and interpersonal skills will allow you to deliver excellent customer service and foster long-lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and properties.

Providing expert guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients.

Networking with other industry professionals and expanding your personal network.

Evaluating and assessing clients' needs and financial capabilities to make tailored recommendations.

Creating and delivering professional property listings and presentations.

Managing property transactions from start to finish, including negotiations, contracts, and legal aspects.

Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies.

Holding a valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) card.

Possessing a valid driver's license and having access to a car.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, with a passion for real estate.

Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
