**Front Office Supervisor**
**Job Summary**
**Front Office Supervisor **is responsible to plan, organize, supervise, coordinates, audits and participates in the activities of the Front Desk.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc., to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card).
Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
