**HOUSE MANAGER - UHNWI, MIDDLE EAST**
Very excited to be working with this very high-profile client who is looking for an experienced House Manager for this busy & formal household.
We need someone who has held a similar position working for an UHNWI or will also consider someone currently working for a luxury 5* hotel, with a Housekeeping or Rooms Division background.
This is a 6-days a week role and very busy when the family in residence. You will be providing full management of the Principal’s home and its staff ensuring everything is run calmly and smoothly to the highest possible level.
**ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- At least 5yrs experience working in similar roles or luxury 5* hotel - Housekeeping background
- Proven experience of working at an incredibly fast pace, flexible with hours and able to cope with frequent last-minute change of plans
- Leadership and motivation skills
- Strong staff management skills
- Respected by the other staff and confident to direct other staff and liaise with the senior operational team and the Private office
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail providing high standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail orientated and meticulous
- Discretion and confidentiality are key within the household
- Professional appearance and manner
- Confident and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Enthusiastic proactive and attentive
- Team player, collaborative and happy to be hands on within the household if required
