**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a results-driven Media Buyer to plan and manage paid ad campaigns for our clients across multiple platforms. You will focus on maximizing ROI by implementing cost-effective strategies while reaching target audiences effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and develop data-driven media plans.
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with content creators and strategists to align paid ads with organic content.
- Stay informed about trends, updates, and innovations in digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in paid advertising (portfolio or case studies preferred).
- Expertise in ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
