Job Description Job title: Media Buyer - Arabic speaker (Real Estate - Dubai) Full Time Role summary: Experienced media buyer specialized in Dubai real estate. Required qualifications & skills: - Proven experience as a media buyer or paid media manager with specific experience in Dubai real estate (minimum 13 years; 3+ preferred). - Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written). - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. - Strong budget management and performance reporting skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to measure LTV, ROAS, CPA. - Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market, key neighborhoods and buyer/investor profiles. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: - Previous experience at a Dubai brokerage, developer or real estate agency. - Familiarity with UAE real estate advertising rules. - Experience integrating campaigns with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead management. Work conditions: - Full-time role based in Dubai. - Flexible hours based on campaign schedules and target audiences. - Competitive salary and benefits, with performance-based bonuses.
