**Job description**:
We are looking for **energetic and motivated Sales Executives-Banking Solutions** to join our growing team. This is a **field-based role** that involves **outdoor marketing, lead generation, and direct client engagement**—an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and financial consultancy and in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outdoor marketing activities to generate leads and promote Insource Prime’s services
- Visit target locations (business centers, retail areas, etc.) and interact with potential clients
- Distribute marketing materials and explain service offerings in a clear, confident manner
- Assist in organizing small promotional events and activations in target zones
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in closing deals
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads generated, and daily activity
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing coordination and campaign feedback

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience **(in the UAE or in your home country).**:

- Background in sales, marketing, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field-based activities and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and confident in presentation.
- Fluent in English verbal & written. (Any additional language is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- UAE Driver’s License is an advantage.
