We are hiring **Public Relation Officer **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact with UAE government entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and other relevant bodies.
- Ensure timely processing and renewal of work permits, visas, labor contracts, and residency-related documentation for employees.
- Handle submissions, inquiries, and issues related to immigration and labor laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations and communicate changes to the HR team.
- Ensure that all employee documentation complies with legal requirements, including contracts, Emirates IDs, and visas.
- Assist employees with government-related issues, such as visa transfers, sponsorship changes, and residency renewals.
- Coordinate with employees for necessary documentation and resolve issues related to work permits or immigration.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all legal and public relations requirements are met.
- Handle cancellations of visas and permits for resigned or terminated employees.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or representatives supporting government-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee-related government documentation and ensure timely renewals.
- Develop and improve processes related to government interactions for efficiency.
- Address and resolve disputes or issues with government authorities that may arise.
- Represent the company during inspections or investigations by labor or immigration authorities.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by government entities and by Management

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in public relations or government relations,
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration processes.
- Familiarity with online government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, and Dubai Trade

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
