Star Gallery Mart is seeking an experienced and proactive **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our dynamic team. As a PRO, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the public image of our company, ensuring smooth communication with government authorities, and handling all matters related to labor laws, permits, and employee documentation in the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Government Relations**: Handle all official paperwork, including labor and immigration documents, renewals, and other related government processes.
- **Labor Law Expertise**: Provide expert guidance on UAE labor laws, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to employment and human resources.
- **Employee Documentation**: Process visas, work permits, and labor cards for employees, ensuring smooth and timely approvals.
- **Public Relations and Media Handling**: Manage relationships with local media, write press releases, and represent the company in public and media events.
- **Internal Communications**: Assist with internal communications to ensure all employees are informed about relevant company updates and procedures.
- **Crisis Management**: Address any public relations challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring mínimal impact on the company's reputation.
- **Brand Representation**: Promote the company’s values and public image both internally and externally.
- **Employee Insurance**: Manage and handle all aspects of employee insurance coverage for the company’s staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and governmental regulations.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- **Language**: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) and Hindi is highly preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- **Other**: Strong networking skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
