**(CINE ROYAL CINEMA - DALMA BRANCH)**
**Position Summary**
The Cinema crew position provides customer service, cash handling, and ticketing services. The Customer Service Representative is one of a team on the front line interacting daily with our customers and providing for their needs. As part of this team, the Customer Service Representative will represent the quality and grandeur of the Cinema etiquette.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Box office Crew**
- Provides responsible customer service in operating the box office.
- To ensure cinema customers, whether in person or by telephone are greeted in welcoming, courteous and helpful.
- To assist in the smooth flow of information between all box office staff and other departments.
- Assures that the guest is provided with all their needs.
- Assist guest in choosing a movie and printing the tickets which the guest had chosen.
- Encourages customers to avail themselves of the different offers that the company had offered.
- Attends customer inquiries, comments, and feedback whether through phone or in person.
- Observe good relationships with all superiors and colleagues.
- Handles E-ticket (kiosk) and counter customers.
**Concession Crew**
- Greet and welcome guest warmly and offers those food items with the combo offer.
- Accurately account for all transactions, maintain accurate cash account, and balance float at the end of sessions.
- Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Responsible for supply restocking and facility upkeep.
- Knowledge of inventory practices and food safety.
- Follow food safety standards given by the ADFCA to protect guests.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
**Usher crew**
- Assist guests in finding the row and seats assigned.
- Checking all the pathways, aisle, and exit routes free from any obstruction.
- Monitoring trespassers and cinema violators.
- Implementing age restrictions as per the media council approval.
- Maintaining well organize displays and posters and standees for currently playing and upcoming movies.
- Observe and follow company rules and procedures.
- Ensures a good customer relationship through proper conduct and professionalism in handling and dealing with difficult customers.
**Qualifications**
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the ticketing, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter, a hard worker with a high energy level; a “doer” with a willingness to work hands-on in assisting customers and staff.
- A visionary and strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to initiate and build relationships with customers and interact via telephone and in-person with customers.
- Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
- Works well independently and in a group setting, a true team player.
- Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances.
