Role Overview:
Provide customer support across concession counters and cinema halls, ensuring a smooth and pleasant movie experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide guests to halls and seats
- Check tickets and assist with customer inquiries
- Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and popcorn
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness in lobby, halls, and seating areas
- Support crowd control during peak times
- Assist with events, promotions, and general operations
Job Type: Full-time
