We are seeking for Female Gym Receptionist/admin to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for helping people feel comfortable and supported with the following job description:

- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and payments if any.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate changes to members
- Support gym staff and management as needed.
- Support the management in preparing regular reports.
- should have at least two years experience as gym receptionist and admin.
- with minimum high school education, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal with computer skills.
