Greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage the door entry and exit system effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to all members and visitors.
- To deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- provide high quality customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary computer programs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members.
- Preparing new membership documentation explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods.
- Perform data entry and filing activities.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the members and understanding their needs.
- Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Gym.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all members, guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
- Preferably experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest service agent.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
