**Cloud-Bridge** are a fast-paced start-up specialising in the delivery of technical professional services for the public cloud - primarily Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We want to change the way that people look at and use cloud services as we believe that any organisation from small start-ups to large multinationals can unleash the power of these services to improve their business.

We work with IT Services providers and enable them to identify opportunities for their customers looking at public cloud solutions. We work seamlessly with their sales and technical teams to scope the opportunities before working with their customers to implement effective technical solutions.

We have found that many customers want to use the cloud to build and host new products, including mobile and web apps. We are building an in-house development capability so that we can deliver end-to-end solutions, from workshopping, through design, to build and support.

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic delivery of technology projects, products and services by building a high performing team through the encouragement of continuous learning, passion for results and excellent communication.

**Role Key Objectives**
- Work with the team to support existing and future projects in AWS with the following essential skills and capabilities
- Monitor, identify and address scaling challenges as the practice grows
- Ability to support in a pre-sales capacity
- Shape and integrate with sales processes from presales, scoping, SOW (Statement of Work) creation, presenting and closing
- Ability to communicate to technical lead and juniors and interface with other technical infrastructure teams to deliver stand alone and combined projects
- Understanding of Project management best practices in development of web/mobile apps & SaaS offerings
- This is a hands-on role expecting to lead the team by example and actively contributing in on-going developments

**Essential Skills**
- Able to provide a clear, open and transparent framework in which teams can deliver based on previous Agile experience
- Excellence in leading projects
- Ability to engage and clearly communicate with customers
- Hands-on knowledge of NodeJS, React (including React Native)
- Experience of using Docker and containerization
- Experience using version control systems such as Github and CodeCommit
- Experience of CI/CD pipelines, including CodePipeline and CodeBuild
- Knowledge of AWS Amplify and other dev-centric services on AWS

**Desirable Skills**
- AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer Professional
- Experience of using Elastic Container Service (ECS)
- Familiarity with serverless technologies such as lambda and DynamoDB
- Experience with Cloud Formation the Serverless Application Model on AWS - or the CDK
