**Responsibilities**:
**Facility Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and amenities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of facility infrastructure and systems.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades as needed to address facility deficiencies and meet operational requirements.
- Manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts with vendors and service providers.

**Fleet Management**:

- Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including cars, trucks, vans, and specialized equipment.
- Develop and enforce fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle reliability and safety.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing with internal maintenance teams or external service providers.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and operating costs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, fleet management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, automotive technology, and fleet management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.

- 15+ years
