- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market with a proven track record of sales achievements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the latest real estate trends and best practices.
- A valid UAE driving license.
