**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creates, enforces, and supervises the company’s marketing campaigns and advertisements to boost sales and brand recognition.
- Leads and oversees the activities of the marketing and sales department to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Meets with the sales and marketing manager and director to create and execute new and efficient POS marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitors the current sales and marketing plan to determine whether target sales are being met.
- Collaborates with the marketing manager to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s marketing standards and policies.
- Prepares, processes, and monitors the sales and marketing personnel’s schedule regularly.
- Responds and resolves the concerns, questions, and complaints of employees and clients.

**Skills**
- Possesses good management and mentoring skills.
- Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Efficient ability to use different computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and SalesForce.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Should have strong attention to detail.
- Exemplary multi-tasking, documentation, and time-management skills.

**Qualifications**
- A master's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field is preferred but not required
- Preferably a Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) and/or Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) certificate holder
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor
- Deep knowledge of sales processes and marketing principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
