**Job Summary**:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining the store’s visual standards. This role combines strong sales acumen with leadership capabilities to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fragrance consultation.
- Train and support staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle complex customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

**Team Supervision**:

- Supervise daily activities of the sales team and assign tasks.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct briefings, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

**Store Operations**:

- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee stock management including deliveries, inventory counts, and stock rotation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the shop.

**Reporting & Administration**:

- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Report maintenance, security, or operational issues to management.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Perfume Industry : 3 years (required)
