**Job Title**: Chef de Partie (CDP) - Fine Dining Restaurant

**Location**: Downtown Dubai

**About Us**

Our fine dining restaurant in Downtown Dubai brings together the rich flavors of **Uzbek, Tajik, Kurdish, Russian, and Ukrainian cuisines** in an elegant setting. We are currently seeking an experienced **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to lead a kitchen section and deliver exceptional dishes to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of a designated kitchen section.
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic dishes to the highest standards.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and commis staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and specials.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1-2 years as a CDP.
- Strong expertise in **Uzbek, Tajik, Kurdish, Russian, or Ukrainian cuisine** is essential.
- Ability to manage a section independently and work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
