The Role
As a Business Development Manager at Helio, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, securing advertising and branding projects, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. Here are the key responsibilities: Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai market. - Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients. - Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions based on our services. - Use a consultative solution-based sales approach to close deals. Client Relationship Management: - Manage existing client accounts and anticipate their communication needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Understand client objectives and align our services to meet their goals. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Marketing Strategy Development: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies. - Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility. - Leverage your knowledge of the industry and market trends to drive results. - Prepare marketing presentations and collateral materials.

**Requirements**:
**Language Proficiency**: - Fluency in English is essential. - Proficiency in one of the following languages is required: Arabic, Russian, or Chinese. Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in business development, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends. - Knowledge of Dubai’s business landscape and market dynamics.
