**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu items.
- Take food and drink orders, process orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring all orders are complete and correct.
- Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining a neat and tidy environment.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell menu items, drinks, or promotions to increase revenue.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including restocking supplies, assisting with opening and closing duties, and helping fellow team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waitress or server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (preferred).

**Preferred Requirements**
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurants. Or Experience in Private dining
- Fluent in English languages.
