**Job Description**:
**F&B Attendant (Bar Waitress)**

We are currently seeking friendly and attentive Bar Waitresses to join our team. As a Bar Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced bar environment. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve beverages, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

**What will you be doing**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the bar.
- Take orders from guests for a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Serve beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct glassware, garnishes, and presentation.
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and knowledge of our drink menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and polishing glassware.
- Engage with guests, answer questions about our offerings, and make them feel valued and appreciated.
- Collaborate with the bartenders and other team members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
- Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from supervisors when needed.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by notifying the appropriate team members when supplies are running low.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
- Knowledge of different types of beverages and basic drink preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
