**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Coordination**: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources effectively.
- **Client Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with designers, architects, and site supervisors to execute design concepts.
- **Vendor & Contractor Management**: Source and manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
- **Budget Control**: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all projects comply with safety, health, and building regulations.

**Requirements: -**
- **Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years + experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Pay: AED700.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
