**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and budgets.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An accounting or business-related qualification is a plus.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
