Asset Homez International Properties LLC is a leading real estate firm in Dubai, specializing in both off-plan and secondary market properties. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a talented and driven **Sales Manager - Secondary Market** to lead our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of secondary market property consultants
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance support to agents
- Ensure team targets and KPIs are met
- Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth deal flow
- Report on team progress and sales performance
