**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of property consultants focused on secondary (ready) property sales and leasing.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the secondary market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiation processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks to stay ahead of the market.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales consultants on negotiation, client management, and closing deals.
- Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and complies with RERA and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through campaigns and media exposure.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in broker real estate company
- Strong background in secondary market sales and leasing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in resale transactions.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate secondary market and pricing trends.
- An established network of landlords, sellers, and buyers is a strong advantage.
