**ASTUDIO**, the leading digital marketing agency in the region for luxury, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer to lead our luxury campaigns.

The role requires a seasoned **Producer** with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in production planning, management, particularly within the luxury sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer/Managing Partner on portfolio research and development.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, client liaison, freelancer engagement, budgeting, and billing.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, including flights, accommodation, transport, props, and models.
- Prepare quotes, liaise with clients, and ensure efficient production operations.
- Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Book and manage freelance staff, process contracts, and handle invoices.
- Negotiate model releases, secure locations, and control production spending.
- Supervise profit and loss statements for each production.
- Uphold confidentiality, ASTUDIO production policies, and health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in photo production or filmmaking.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage budgets.
- Skilled in negotiation, casting, crew management, and art buying.
- Good eye for detail and adaptability to evolving brand ideas.
- Strong industry contacts and post-production knowledge.
