The Producer conceptualizes, designs, illustrates, shoots, and produces content for all assets, using the brand identity to develop high-quality and innovative content such as photography and animated videos. Ensures the look and feel of the brand is consistent with brand regulations and delivered on time.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create photography, videography, complex graphics, animations, and illustrations using independent judgment and creativity for internal and external communications.
2. Direct a team of anchors (content creators) to present.
3. Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, activation ideas, and digitally rich media in line with the latest marketing, design, and production techniques.
4. Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications, reviewing the material to maintain high-quality assurance.
5. Perform other miscellaneous support functions as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in production, focusing on commercials, branded content, or digital campaigns.
3. Experience coordinating shoots, managing budgets, and working within tight timelines.
4. Familiarity with producing for diverse platforms, including social media, YouTube, and TV.
5. Background in working with creative agencies or production houses.
6. Creative writer and innovative thinker.
7. A portfolio of design content from past work experiences.
