We’re Hiring: Senior Resale Property Advisor

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Senior Resale Realty Advisor / Listing Agent to manage and grow our resale property portfolio in the secondary market.
- What You’ll Do: Manage and coordinate property listings from acquisition through sale, ensuring accuracy and maximum visibility across multiple platforms.
- Advise clients on the resale property market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Act as the main contact for sellers, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular updates on listing activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Utilize CRM and property management tools to streamline listing and sales workflows.
- Support agents with listing presentations and portfolio management.
- What We’re Looking For:1-2+ years experience in resale real estate sales, listing management, or a similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; and Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate CRM systems (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields; certifications are a bonus.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
