Accounts & Admin Assistant

**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of basic financial reports
- Maintain office records and files (finance, HR, and admin-related)
- Support HR documentation and employee record-keeping
- Coordinate office requirements, suppliers, and staff support activities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts and/or administration preferred
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and admin tasks
