HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate employee training programs and assist in performance management.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate attendance, leaves, and benefits data.
- Manage employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare HR related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Assist with administrative HR tasks, including maintaining tiles and assisting in audits.
- Should be well versed in UAE Local labor laws and regulations.
- Good knowledge of excel.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a HR generalist in a midsized organization in U.A.E
- Thorough knowledge of UAE LABOUR LAWS is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of UAE Labour laws and HR best practices & regulations.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Critical observation and strategical thinking.
- Methodical approach with eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s in HR or HR related fields.
- Ability to handle and a proactive approach
