**About DocullyVDR**

DocullyVDR is a trusted Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform headquartered in the UAE, designed to support organizations through critical transactions such as **M&A, fundraising, IPO preparation and strategic due diligence**. As we expand our presence in the UAE and GCC region, we are building a **strong, on-ground sales team** to drive brand growth and deliver value to our clients in investment banking, law, private equity, corporate, and startup ecosystems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively create **brand awareness** for DocullyVDR within **investment banks, law firms, private equity firms, corporations, and startup incubators**.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture **new business leads** through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and conferences.
- Represent DocullyVDR at **industry events, exhibitions, and meetings** to build meaningful relationships within the UAE & GCC business community.
- Deliver **effective product demos**, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate deals to successful closure.
- Manage the **sales pipeline**, update all activities in the CRM, and report on opportunities, lead status, and conversions.
- Keep track of **market trends, competitors, and client feedback** to position DocullyVDR effectively against competition.
- Plan and execute **lead generation campaigns** in collaboration with the sales management.
- Ensure **timely follow-up**, strong relationship management, and consistent engagement with key decision-makers.
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets** to contribute to the company’s growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of relevant experience** in the UAE in a similar **sales & marketing capacity**, ideally with a **SaaS or B2B tech product**.
- Deep understanding of the UAE & GCC market and professional ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage **sales cycles** end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent **communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills**.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; **Arabic speaking** is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools for managing pipeline and sales reporting (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to **work independently**, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be able to **join immediately** and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
