**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and surpass sales targets for the assigned business unit.
- Identify and target key clients to drive business growth.
- Develop a clear understanding of our service differentiators to tailor pitches effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes, including order validation and CRM systems.
- Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with legal and commercial teams to finalize agreements.
- Analyze client requirements, including RFPs, scopes of work, and tender documents, to support bidding processes.
- Partner with the pricing team to ensure accurate proposals, securing necessary approvals before submission.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3+ years of sales experience in security services or relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
