Job Title: Warehouse cum Admin Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse cum Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day warehouse operations along with basic administrative tasks. The role requires someone who can efficiently manage stock, coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and support the office team with routine admin work.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

Prepare and dispatch orders as per delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate stock records, update inventory, and conduct regular stock counts.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods.

Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and site staff for timely delivery of materials.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.

Assist in preparing reports (inventory, stock levels, material usage, etc.).

Support office operations such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Proven experience in warehouse/storekeeping and basic administrative work.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of inventory software/system (preferred but not mandatory).

Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

Ability to lift and move materials when required.

UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable).

Additional Information

Working hours: 9-6

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
