**JOB TITLE: HSE OFFICER**

**CANDIDATES WITH HEALTHCARE AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**Qualification**:

- Degree in any relevant field
- NEBOSH Diploma Certification
- With Valid Practitioner License from OSHAD is an advantage
- Holding Certificate from Approved First Aid Training Providers and/or Training Courses in compliance with OSHAD SF/CoP 4.0 - First Aid and Medical Treatment.
- ISO 14001 Certificate (Internal Auditor)
- ISO 45001 Certificate (Internal Auditor)
- Assisting with the preparation of construction health and safety plan.
- Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
- Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard free environment.
- Assessment and approval of Sub-Contractor’s safety plans.
- Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.
- Promoting safety practices on site.
- Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs.
- Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.
- Conducting investigations on accidents.
- Verify that all Safety reports are submitted to related government institutions.
- Responding to workers’ safety concerns.
- Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste.
- NEBOSH (General Certificate) and IOSH qualified, Knowledge in Civil Defense regulations
- Responsible for ensuring that all HSSE legislation is adhered to policies, programs and practices are developed and adopted.
- Attending authority visits, observations etc., organizing fire trainings, conducting mock drills internally.
- Focusing on practically training all employees, ERT members, HSSE team on fire equipment operations and fighting
- Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work areas, equipment and operations
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team on relevant HSE activities
- Attend all client HSE related meetings and provide required monthly reports in line with client requirements
- Aware of Project Handover procedures and End-user requirements.
- Experience in HSE Snagging, De-snagging procedures, DLP requests, Work Permits etc.

**Years of Experience**:

- Must have 3 years in a Healthcare and construction sector preferred with minimum 10 years total experience
